We believe therapy should feel calm, human, and supportive, not clinical or intimidating. Alongside being heard and understood, we provide clear, usable tools and strategies to help you manage challenges in everyday life. Our approach is personalised and focused on meaningful change both in and out of sessions.
-
We work with individuals across the lifespan, from young children through to adults. Our clinicians support people at different stages of life and tailor their approach to suit each person’s age, needs, and goals.
-
No referral is needed to book an appointment. However, if you would like to access Medicare rebates, you will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP.

Our Bundall clinic has been intentionally designed to feel calm, welcoming, and a little different from what you may have experienced in traditional clinical settings. The space is quiet and grounding, with thoughtful details to help you feel at ease. While you wait, refreshments are available, and sensory supports such as noise cancelling headphones are offered for those who may need help regulating. Our aim is to create an environment where you can arrive, exhale, and feel supported from the moment you walk in.

Online therapy works the same way as in person sessions, but through a secure video or phone call. You book a session, receive a private link, and join from wherever you feel comfortable. It’s confidential, convenient, and just as effective as face to face therapy.
-
It’s completely normal to feel nervous or overwhelmed before your first session. Many people feel this way, and we want to reassure you that your comfort and safety are our priority.
Your first session is mainly an opportunity for your psychologist to get to know you. You may be asked questions about your background, relationships, work, and interests. This helps us understand what’s going on for you and how best to support you.
You’ll also have the chance to talk about what you hope to gain from therapy and set goals for what you want to achieve. There’s no pressure to share everything right away, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Our Reset Lounge is a space designed specifically for aftercare. After your session, you’re welcome to step into the lounge if you need a moment to ground yourself before returning to your day.
Most clinics expect you to leave immediately. We don’t.
We believe the time after a session is just as important as the session itself. The Reset Lounge is a calm, quiet place to decompress, collect your thoughts, and leave feeling steadier than when you arrived.
Because therapy shouldn’t stop when the session ends, it should continue until you feel calm and ready to go back to your day.
-
The Reset Lounge is for clients who have just completed a therapy session and may have had an emotional experience. It provides a calm, supportive space to pause and regulate so you feel ready to leave. We want to make sure you don’t walk out feeling unsettled or overwhelmed, this is a moment to reset before you head back into your day.

Some of our practitioners offer a hybrid model, allowing you to switch between online and in person sessions. This can be helpful if your needs or schedule change over time. Please note that availability may vary, so we recommend checking with our team to confirm whether your preferred clinician can accommodate both formats.
