The Reset Lounge is a calm, supportive space designed to help you pause and reset after a session. Whether you’ve had an emotional conversation or simply need a moment to ground yourself, this space is here to help you leave feeling steady and ready to continue your day.
We’re proud to offer a unique experience that supports emotional regulation and wellbeing beyond the therapy session.

A quiet, thoughtfully designed space where you can take a moment to pause after your session. Whether you need to sit in silence, breathe, or simply gather your thoughts, this space allows you to transition gently before returning to your day.

A selection of calming teas and light refreshments available for you to enjoy. Small moments of care can make a big difference, and we encourage you to take your time.

Access to colouring books and simple, mindful activities designed to help regulate your nervous system and bring you back to the present moment after your session.

Therapy can bring up a lot. The Reset Lounge is here to give you the space you need before stepping back into your routine so you don’t have to rush the process.

How to find us?
We are located in the Rodman Centre at 4/11 Karp Court, Bundall on Ground Level (right hand corner) of the building.
There is plenty of metered parking nearby, and a car park (Secure Parking Karp Court) is also available for your convenience. Parking in the car park is $5 for 1–2 hours.

Our standard session fee applies to individual sessions. Where couples are attending together, sessions are extended to 80 minutes to allow adequate time and support for all participants.

We also support clients through NDIS, WorkCover, motor vehicle accident insurance (e.g., CTP), DVA, and Victim Services. Pricing for these services is separate from private fees and aligned with the relevant pricing guides and insurer requirements.
