About Jenna.

Jenna’s work is grounded in the belief that the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you'll ever have. It shapes how you experience your life, the world around you, and the relationships you have with others.

She works with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, burnout, difficulty in relationships, and the deeper themes that often sit beneath them: self-worth, identity, and your sense of self. Jenna works with what brought you in, easing the symptoms and helping you manage what's difficult right now. From there, you look together at what's driving it, and where the same pattern may be playing out across other parts of your life, because often it is. The work goes to the root, working where change actually holds: in the nervous system, in long-held beliefs, and in how you relate to yourself.

In Jenna’s view, the ways we cope, and the patterns that keep us circling the same ground, once made sense. They were protective, and understanding why is only the beginning. Her sessions have a natural structure, guided by where you want to get to, with room for whatever comes up along the way. She works gently and at your pace, building a sense of steadiness before moving into the deeper work. Clients often notice they feel more grounded, respond less from old patterns, and hold a clearer sense of self.
