About Elina.
Elina believes having someone to talk to should be a normal part of looking after ourselves - not something we only turn to when things feel overwhelming.
Having worked across the mental health and community services sector in a variety of roles and settings, I’ve supported people experiencing a wide range of challenges and life circumstances. My approach is warm, down-to-earth and practical, with a focus on helping people better understand themselves and what they’re experiencing.
I strongly believe therapy can be enjoyable in the non-clinical sense - a space for curiosity, connection, laughter and discovering new ways of seeing yourself and the world, rather than something that needs to feel intimidating or overly serious.
I particularly enjoy providing simple, practical psychoeducation - giving you tools and insights that make sense, are easy to understand, and can naturally become part of everyday life.
Therapy isn’t just for when things fall apart. Sometimes, the best place to start is simply having someone to talk to, feel heard, and put things back into perspective.
I look forward to meeting you.
